Terminology
‘We’ or ‘Us’ denotes SNR-Garage-Doors either alone or together with you, as the context dictates. ‘You’, ‘The Customer’ or ‘The Purchaser’ denotes the person ordering the goods subject to these terms and conditions. ‘Working Day’ is interpreted as Monday to Friday and excludes all UK public holidays.
We may, at any time, make changes/amendments to this website and the details contained within/displayed on it, including product specification and/or prices.
Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between SNR-Garage-Doors and the customer. Our acceptance of your order through the delivery of the ordered goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Order Acceptance
All orders are accepted on the information supplied by the purchaser to SNR-Garage-Doors. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all the details supplied to SNR-Garage-Doors are accurate and reflect the purchaser’s requirements. SNR-Garage-Doors cannot accept any responsibility for any door that is incorrectly specified or ordered, nor can SNR-Garage-Doors accept returns or re-stock an item.
Payments
Payment due for ordered goods is that shown against the product on the order form. The prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which will be displayed as a separate entry on the order form. Delivery charges are included in the quoted price. SNR-Garage-Doors must receive full payment before your order can be accepted. An email will be sent to the purchaser confirming their order once payment has been processed.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be accepted within 2 working days of you placing your order. Simply email or telephone SNR-Garage-Doors informing us of your desire to cancel your order and a refund will be made to the card that you paid with within 3 working days of the cancellation being received by SNR-Garage-Doors.
Deliveries
Delivery throughout mainland England and Wales is included in the quoted price. Depending upon your location in Scotland, we may levy a delivery charge. There is normally only a charge for north of Edinburgh, but please email SNR-Garage-Doors with your exact location so that we can quote a delivery price, if required.
Delivery is normally 10-15 working days from the date of your order.
SNR-Garage-Doors will contact you 24/48hrs in advance to arrange a delivery time for your garage door. The driver will require assistance in unloading the door and it is your responsibility to provide this. Please be aware that some garage doors can be heavy.
SNR-Garage-Doors limit the delivery to the kerbside or driveway and a suitably flat surface will be required to store the door as uneven surfaces may cause damage. Additionally, the driver will require you (or your nominated representative, who must be over the age of 18) to sign as having taken delivery of your order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery slot and are unable to accept any consequential liability whatsoever should we be unable to deliver your order for any reason at a given time.
If the driver is unable to deliver because you cannot take delivery of your garage door, due to lack of able bodied assistance, then your order will remain on the delivery vehicle and will not be re-delivered until payment of a re-delivery charge. Should re-delivery be required, you will be advised of the date for the re-delivery.
Warranty
To claim under the warranty, you need to inform SNR-Garage-Doors of your intention to claim and must include details of the problem and the original order number. SNR-Garage-Doors will arrange for the relevant manufacturer to inspect the product. The manufacturer will then determine whether or not the problem is a valid warranty claim. Should the problem be covered under the terms of the warranty the manufacturer will either repair the product or replace the produce on a supply only basis. Should the problem not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty a charge may be levied by SNR-Garage-Doors for the manufacturer’s visit.
Important Note: All products must be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and guide lines. Failure to comply with the manufacturer instructions will render the warranty invalid.

Force Majeure
SNR-Garage-Doors will not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason for any delay delivering any product if such delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of SNR-Garage-Doors including (but not limited to) an Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, accident, war, terrorism, threat or hostilities, sabotage, civil disturbance, acts and regulations of any authority, import or export regulations, industrial disputes, difficulties in obtaining materials or labour, power failure or machinery breakdown.
Alterations to Terms and Conditions
SNR-Garage-Doors reserve the right to alter or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Responsibility to read, understand and check for amendments rests solely with the user of this website. Visiting and using the SNR-Garage-Doors website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
General
SNR-Garage-Doors accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the SNR-Garage-Doors website content. Any decisions that are made based on information contained in the SNR-Garage-Doors website are the sole responsibility of the website user.
SNR-Garage-Doors has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that all the information contained within the SNR-Garage-Doors website is accurate at the time of publication and apologises for any inadvertent errors.
SNR-Garage-Doors reserves the right to make changes and corrections at any time, without notice.
SNR-Garage-Doors accepts no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or for any other damages whatsoever resulting from any cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from the SNR-Garage-Doors website.
