SeceuroGlide Compact Roller Shutter Doors
The Compact door is of a slightly lower security specification than the normal SeceuroGlide roller doors, but it has the advantage of a much smaller roll diameter. The Compact uses a 55mm high, 8mm thick slat which results in a 205mm roll diameter. This combined with the square end plates results in a drive-through height that is only 255mm lower than the finished ceiling.
Consequently, the Compact is more flexible then the normal SeceuroGlide roller doors because it can be fitted to a much larger range of garage door heights. However, due to the lighter curtain weight the maximum door width is limited to 3m wide. The Compact comes with a 90° half box as standard.
The Compact door uses 60mm guides and has an effective locking mechanism at the top of the curtain with excellent draft proofing with a heavy duty weather seal across the base of the door and thick brush-strips inside the guides.
The Compact is only available with electric motor open/close operation, comes with two remote controls and a 'safety edge system' for stopping the door if it touches an obstruction.
The insulated SeceuroGlide Compact roller door offers all the usual advantages of a roller door, but in a much smaller package.
